Footings

 

Despite not being visible when the house is complete, the foundations are one of the most important elements of a building project. It is not only essential that you choose the right foundation system for the soil type but also that measurements are made very carefully and are to your plans.

 

Oversite

 

All the work we carry out is inspected at intervals by building regulators which can be arranged by us or the client.  Any unforeseen problems that may arise with the design are discussed thoroughly with our client prior to any extra work being carried out.  This avoids any delays and unexpected costs on completion.

 

Drainage

 

You could have a collapsed pipework, root damage or simply a broken piece of pipework that is making your drains leek or backup.  Services we also offer include the installation and renewal of rainwater soakaways, upgrading/repairing of old drainage systems and hard landscaping foundations.
